Chauffeur service for LINEAPELLE

On event days the city runs at a different pace: restricted zones, closed streets and a taxi queue that can cost you an hour. Our drivers work Milan every day of the year and know which entrances are still reachable at 9:00 and which are not.

We do not publish a discount and then add a surcharge: on the days of LINEAPELLE a twenty per cent event supplement applies, as published, and the pickup time is held for you.

We plan the route the day before, on real traffic and on the restrictions already announced for that day, with a margin that in the historic centre is never wasted time. If a road closes during the morning, the chauffeur updates the route himself: you have nothing to decide while you are in a meeting.

Meeting points and access to the venue

With a regular NCC licence we enter the restricted traffic zones and the reserved access lanes where private cars cannot, and we agree the meeting point beforehand rather than on arrival. At Fiera Milano, Rho, Milano the rule depends on the day: the main entrance when licensed vehicles are allowed through, a partner parking area when they are not, and the same applies in the evening, when the exits close by order.

On the day we send the chauffeur's name and the plate in advance, so at the exit you recognise a single car. Waiting on arrivals is sixty minutes and already included: if your flight or train lands late, the car stays where you agreed and nothing is added to the price.

The car at your disposal between appointments

The usual request for LINEAPELLE is not one transfer but a sequence: airport, hotel, Fiera Milano, Rho, Milano, back to the hotel at night, perhaps dinner between two appointments. In that case the car stays at your disposal for the whole day and the waiting between the stops is included, with one chauffeur who already knows the schedule.

The hourly service has a three-hour minimum and then half-hour steps, with fuel, tolls and Area C access inside the rate. For delegations and teams we assign the cars the day before and send the driver's contact details in advance, so the coordination does not happen in the arrivals hall.

Luggage, child seats and work equipment

Tell us how many large cases are travelling and we pick the car so that everything fits with the passengers sitting comfortably and the boot closed. Child seats and boosters come free of charge in the size you ask for when booking: an age and a weight are enough, and they are fitted before you arrive.

During LINEAPELLE people travel with equipment: stage gear, samples, golf or ski bags, instruments. We write it into the booking so the car is right from the start and nobody has to repack cases outside the entrance of Fiera Milano, Rho, Milano.

Invoicing, changes and free cancellation

Journeys are paid on board by card or cash, or we invoice your company details with VAT and send a single monthly statement when the bookings repeat: the cost of LINEAPELLE enters the expense report without a discussion, even in a month that is nothing but pickups.

If the time moves, message us or we will call you: shifting a pickup costs nothing, and cancellation stays free up to twenty-four hours before. We answer within ten minutes, at any hour, including the days when the city is already moving.
