Agreed departure margin

At the time you choose, the driver and the car are already in position in front of the entrance, with a safety margin agreed when you booked: you set off unhurried, with all the time it takes to get in and settle the luggage.

Luggage loaded by the driver

Suitcases, bags and pushchairs go straight from your hands into the boot: the driver does the loading and, on arrival, carries them as far as the terminal or the door of the hotel.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours

If plans change, the pick-up time moves with you and cancellation stays free up to 24 hours before departure.

On board during the journey

On board you find a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar: air conditioning, quiet, leather and room for three passengers with three large suitcases. The 10 km pass in about 25: time to settle in before you board.

Arrival at the terminal

The journey ends in front of the passenger terminal of Linate (LIN), at the luggage drop-off point: the driver unloads the bags and points you the way to the entrance, with no meeting point to go looking for.

Arrivals waiting included for 60 minutes

For arrivals we wait for you inside the area with a sign bearing your name: the first 60 minutes after landing are included and we follow the flight's real time, so a delay stays covered by the price already agreed.

Fixed price by class

On the route between the hotel and Linate the fare is already set: Business €110, First €170, Van €120, Minibus €360. These are the same amounts as the table below and they hold for the whole car, luggage included, with no per-person calculation and no supplements at the end of the journey.

Night and public holiday supplements

The fare list provides for two supplements of +20%: one at night, between 20:00 and 08:00, and one for public holidays. They do not add up: on a journey that is both at night and on a public holiday the supplement is applied once only.

A car at your disposal is priced by the hour instead, with a minimum of three hours and half-hour increments, fuel and tolls included: it is the right shape when the day is a sequence of addresses rather than a single journey.

Saloon or First Class

The E-Class is the standard of the Milanese airport transfer: three seats, three large suitcases, €110 for the whole car. The S-Class adds reclining rear seats and the hush of first class, at €170: the same capacity, a different journey.

Vans and minibuses for groups

The Executive Van, a V-Class or EQV or similar, carries seven seats with seven large suitcases at €120; the minibus, a Sprinter or similar, goes up to eight seats and eight suitcases at €360. For a family or a delegation travelling together they are the way to stay in one vehicle, with one driver and one meeting point.
